& Rules
Rates:
- Week-end rate
is $125.00 per night for two adults. Week-Day rate is $100.00 per night
for two adults.
- Children 12
and under stay free
- $15.00 per
night for each extra person over 12 yr. of age with a maximum of 6 people
- Discounted
rates for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly are available. Contact management for
details
- Two-night
minimum stay for weekends
- Small Pets under 20 pounds are allowed with a $20.00 non-refundable pet deposit
per pet
- Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00 Noon unless alternate times
are pre-arranged with management
- All
reservations require a guarantee via Credit Card, Check or Money Order for the
full number of nights
- No refunds
for early check out
- Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to arrival for refund.
- All rental
prices subject to applicable taxes
- Three night
minimum stay for holidays
Cabin Rules:
- Speed limit is 20 MPH
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while swimming
- Pets must be kept on a leash or under control by an adult
- No discharging of firearms
- No loud parties
- Do not clean fish in the cabin
- A smoking area is provided on the back deck of the cabin
