Reservations, Rates & Rules Effective July 1, 2009
CHECK OUT IS AT 12 NOON UNLESS PRIOR AGREEMENT HAS BEEN ARRANGED
WITH THE MANAGEMENT
Rates:
- The cabin
rent is $110.00 per night for Sun-Thurs and $135.00 per night Fri-Sat for 2
adults.
- Children
under 6 stay free.
- $15.00 for
each extra person (6 yrs. and over) using the cabin. This includes
day
visitors that stay longer than 5 hours.
- All rental
fees are
due and
payable on arrival/check-in
and are subject to applicable taxes.
- One free
week night's cost deducted off rates for stays of 7 nights or longer
that include a consecutive Fri and Sat night.
- Small Pets
weighing less than 20 pounds are allowed with a $20.00 non-refundable pet
fee per pet per stay. Maximum of 2 pets.
- 2 night
minimum stay for Week-Days and Week-Ends.
- 3 night
minimum stay for Holidays
- Check in
time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00 Noon unless alternate times are
pre-arranged with management.
- All
reservations require a guarantee via Credit Card.
- No refunds
for early departure and no pro-rated amounts for late arrival.
- No Rain
Checks
-
Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to your reservation date; otherwise,
you will be charged for each reserved night based on double occupancy.
- We
furnish free Make-Up Removal Pads for your convenience. Please use these
instead of the bathroom linens. Due to the rising cost of linens, if you
leave any stains on the Bathroom or Bedroom linens,
we shall
charge your credit card for replacement.
Remember that towels are for your use after taking a shower or washing your
hands only.

Additional
costs may be charged to your credit card after check-out
for any
missing, damaged or broken items; missing or damaged/misused towels, kitchen
linens, bedroom linens; carpet stains; etc.
Cabin Rules:
- Speed limit is 20 MPH
- Children must
be supervised by an adult at all times, especially while swimming
- Pets must be kept on a leash or under control by an adult
- No discharging of firearms
- No loud parties
- Do not clean
fish in the cabin or dispose of fish parts in the trash (please use the
lake).
- A smoking
area is provided on the back deck of the cabin
- All
vehicles & trailers must be parked on the concrete driveways – Please do not
park on the Grass or block street traffic.
