1. From Dallas,
take Hwy 175 South (toward Kaufman)
2. Go about 50 miles from downtown Dallas to Mabank exit and turn right onto Hwy
198
3. Continue on Hwy 198 through Gun Barrel City and across the first bridge
4. At stop sign for "T" in road, Hwy 198 turns right
5. Continue on Hwy 198
6. Cross the second bridge and immediately turn right onto Bayside Circle in
Clearwater Bay Subdivision
7. Go to 154 Bayside Cir. (the 17th house on the right hand side)1
